The kitchen, located at the heart of a lush and varied organic farm, uses fresh produce picked and gathered with dawn, and dairy products from our free range pastures created with care through manual processes.

The green fields, orchards, herb gardens and the dairy produce are all abound with the years of experience and expertise of our dedicated team of gardeners. Coffee ground in-house from a unique blend and an abundance of fresh home-baked breads and pastries that come directly from the bakery are served alongside homemade pasta, ice creams, sorbets and a variety of deserts all made on site. The seasonal organic raw materials, all collected from nature, come together to form a precise blend of flavors, colors and scents that make for a rich and creative menu, complimented by delicate fish dishes.

The chef’s daily choices, based on the days’ fresh produce, create a varied and surprising menu that lets us remember the true flavor of things. A concentrated flavor, filled with goodness and energy and reflecting the smells and colors of the changing seasons.
