The Mizpe Hayamim Spa offers dozens of body and cosmetic treatments and an opportunity to treat yourself and your body.
Oils are mixed from medicinal herbs grown on the farm and cotton canvas bags are filled with all the goodness of nature - flower essences and herbs picked from our gardens. The scents of Jasmine and Lavender fill the air, leaving a sense of peace and well being while the skilled hands of our masseurs release pain and stress, leaving behind pleasure and relaxation.
The Spa’s treatment catalogue includes dozens of carefully selected body and facial treatments and a professional staff is available to help guests choose just the right treatment. Our treatment selection includes: traditional treatments based on ancient knowledge and techniques, a series of special treatments developed at Mizpe Hayamim, a variety of holistic massages, and a variety of body care, beauty and advanced cosmetic treatments.
The spa area includes: an indoor semi-Olympic pool – in which water aerobics classes take place every morning * indoor jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub overlooking breathtaking views * wet sauna * dry sauna * gym * balconies, relaxation areas and a tennis court.

Finally, physical activity is an important part of the daily routine at Mizpe Hayamim. This includes a morning walk with an instructor and studio classes such as: Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, body shaping classes and varying aerobic exercise. Personalized fitness training and nutrition counseling are available by appointment.

Day spa treatment - Sunday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00PM, 650NIS
Day spa treatment includes breakfast, lunch in 'Muskat' restaurant, spa treatment for one person, free use of the hotel’s facilities and Saturday night activities (based upon availability). 
Breakfast is served between the hours - 8:00 am to 10:30am
Lunch (drinks not included) is served Monday - Friday from 13:30pm to 16:30pm

Morning spa treatment - Sunday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:00PM, 520NIS, Friday - 580NIS
The morning treatment includes breakfast, one spa treatment, free use of the hotel’s facilities and Saturday night activities (based upon availability). 
Breakfast is served between the hours - 8:00am to 10:30am

Afternoon spa treatment - Sunday - Thursday 12:00 PM - 18:00PM, 600NIS
The afternoon treatment includes lunch in 'Muskat' restaurant (drinks not included), one spa treatment, free use of the hotel’s facilities and Saturday night activities (based upon availability). 
Lunch is served between the hours - 13:00am to 10:30am

Evening spa treatment - Sunday - Thursday 15:00 PM - 21:00PM, 650NIS
The evening treatment includes dinner in the hotel’s restaurant (vegetarian including fish), one spa treatment, free use of the hotel’s facilities and Saturday night activities (based upon availability). 
Dinner is served between the hours - 19:00pm to 21:00pm.
