The scent of fresh bread hot from the oven rises from the bakery with a taste that’s soothing and comforting. Dough slowly swells as spelled sourdough bread dotted with cranberries, rolls filled with garden herbs, small loaves infused with seeds and nuts and a variety of pastries and cakes emerge continually from the oven.

The preparation of pastries, desserts, ice creams and sorbets, all made at Mizpe Hayamim, are characterized by the use of all natural ingredients, with no additives or colorings. A variety of fresh breads, cookies and cakes are served at the restaurants and sold at the store.
