Our organic vegetable gardens are free of poisonous pesticides, hormones and herbicides, which are used in conventional agriculture. Raising a very wide diversity of plants is at the heart of sustainable crop growing. Rotating crops prevent pest infestations and plant diseases.
Our land possesses the benefit of being placed on an altitude and a suitable climate, for a very broad variety of vegetables and fruit trees. The land around us has been barren soil since biblical times, and no commercial crop has ever been planted here.
We have 7 different pieces of land where we rotate our crop, by season and type of vegetable. Each morning the fresh and delightful vegetables for both our restaurants are being picked and brought to the hotel. Our Chefs can provide you with the complete list of all the seasonal vegetables or even better, we invite you to leisurely walk along the different plots and see for yourself.
