In individual training the emphasis is placed on aerobic and anaerobic activity, both of which are important in advancing physical fitness and improving your feeling of vitality. The activities are varied and flexible, allowing for the personal preferences and needs of the trainee. Along with exercises of flexibility, body strengthening and shaping, our guests may walk or jog on panoramic Galilean trails. Group work-outs are also given.
