Harmony with nature
Working with nature is what inspired to build our Organic Farm, where we cultivate and produce all the organic items we serve in the hotel. As an ecological farm, we have the ability to nurture the soil and collect a wonderful, healthy and completely free of chemicals and pesticides, produce.
The Cows, goats, sheep provide the hotel with milk, yoghurts, yellow and white cheeses. Our free range chickens supply the eggs and our large orchards and vegetable gardens deliver delicious fruits and vegetables.
