Is Organic milk better than ordinary milk?
We believe it is, and are told by our customers, that organic milk tastes fresher, sweeter and creamier.
This is the reason we only use our own cow, goat and sheep milk for all the diary production and it is made into a variety of 25 different milk products.
Each and every day fresh milk, from the early morning milking, is served in both our restaurants and tea corners.
Special wooden old fashion cheese making machinery from Holland was shipped, for our Gouda cheese production.
Our Dairy produces Yellow Hard Cheeses like the famous Dutch Gouda both from cows and goats, Emmenthaler - Tom. White soft cheeses like, Cottage Cheese, Labane, Naama, Brinza, Tsafit, and different kind of yoghurts.
