Our animal farm is located west of the hotel. You may
visit our cows, goats; sheep, free range chicken, and
varies type of birds. We also nurture our animals with
fresh air and outdoor grazing.
In contrast to conventional farming there is no
maximizing of our milk production at the expense of
our herds and our animals are treated differently
than in regular farming.
The compost and manure are being used for fertilizing
the soil of our vegetable and orchard gardens.
